We believe that the key to great sushi is great ingredients. That's why we use only the freshest and highest-quality fish, rice, and vegetables in all of our dishes. We work closely with local suppliers to ensure that all of our ingredients are sustainably sourced and of the highest quality.

Our chef, James,  is one of the most talented and experienced in the industry. He trained under some of the most renowned sushi chefs in Japan and bring that expertise to every dish they create. His attention to detail and commitment to quality is what sets JSushiko apart from other sushi restaurants.
